Frequently asked questions about The Return to Self Reset

Who is The Return to Self Reset for?

It’s for the woman who’s done surviving — and is ready to come home to herself. If you’ve been pouring from an empty cup, performing the polished life, or quietly waiting to remember who you were before the world told you who to be — this is for you. No clinical framework required. No prior experience with coaching. Bring the version of you that’s ready to stop performing.

Is this for everyone?

No. The Return to Self Reset is for the woman who is done surviving — not for someone looking for a quick fix, a curriculum, or a guaranteed outcome. The work is slow, honest, and rooted in thirty years of lived experience. If you’re in an emergency or a moment of crisis, please reach out to your local emergency line first; this work isn’t designed for that. If you’re ready to do the slow, honest work of returning to yourself — you’re in the right place.

How are the sessions structured?

Six weekly sessions, 60 minutes each, on Zoom. We open each session with a short breathwork practice, then move through whatever’s alive for you that week — with a home-practice prompt between sessions to keep the remembering alive in your own light. You lead the conversation; I hold the space.

What does “light between-session support” mean?

A short email or voice-note check-in between sessions when something arises — not a 24/7 hotline. The container breathes. We keep it human and boundaried; I’m not on call, but I’m not absent either.

How do the Zoom logistics work? Are sessions recorded?

A Zoom link is sent before each session. Sessions are not recorded — the container is private between us. If you need accessibility accommodations (captioner, longer sessions, a quieter time of day), tell me during your discovery call and we’ll work it out.

What if I need to cancel or reschedule?

For the package: life happens. We can reschedule sessions within the 6-week window. If you need to pause, we’ll find a fair path forward together. For the single session: 24 hours’ notice please — after that, the session is held. Reach out by email and we’ll talk.

Should I start with the single session or the package?

If you’re new to this work, a single session is a beautiful way to meet the practice — and to feel out whether the container is right for you. The package is where the real remembering happens: six weeks is enough time to feel the shift land in your body. Many women start with a single session and come back for the package.
